Course Description:
A highly interactive course on renal replacement therapy, blending theory with clinical case based discussions and hands on experience with the latest machines. Through the course, ISCCM aims to bring about the evidence based RRT best practices and management being employed by national and international experts in the field of nephrology and critical care medicine.
Learning objectives:
- To understand the principles of RRT in adult critically ill patients
- To understand and learn dealing with common practical bedside issues encountered during RRT
- To develop an inter disciplinary problem-based approach management of AKI in ICU due to varying causes
