100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to covid or any government guidelines.
Till 15.11.2023 - 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.
From 16.11.2023 till 5.02.2024 - 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed.
After 5.2.2024 - No Refunds

Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to the conference secretariat.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Kit bags will not be available for One day and On-Spot registrations.
