Conference Registration
Note: Registration fees is inclusive of 18% GST as per current Government Norms. For PG students, certificate from HOD is must.
Note: Registration Fee Inclusions are access to registration badge,delegate kit, access to scientific halls, access to exhibition area, 3 days lunch, AM-PM Tea and conference certificate.

Refund Policy
- 100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to covid or any government guidelines.
- Till 15.12.2024 - 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.
- From 15.12.2024 to 31.01.2025 - 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed.
- After 01.02.2025 - No Refunds
Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to the conference secretariat.
- All refunds will be processed after the conference.
- Kit bags will not be available for On-Spot registrations.
